Return & Refund Policy

At Home Gym Exercise Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to assist with a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of receiving them. Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Bespoke or customised equipment

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Digital gift cards

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@homegymexerciseequipment.co.uk with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return procedure. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

We do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be posted using an authorised courier.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you reside within the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You will receive a full refund including standard delivery fees, provided the item is returned in unused condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days, depending on your provider

  • Shipping charges are only refundable in cases of fault or error on our part

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or not functioning correctly. Please include images of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We can help arrange discounted return shipping via DPD, DHL, or FedEx—please ask for assistance.
